Launched as Empire Edgehill. Commissioned on 30 August 1946. Served in the Korean War and the first Cod War with Iceland during 1958-61. Modernised in the early 1960s and escorted Sir Alec Rose around Cape Horn in Lively Lady in April 1968. Laid up and scrapped 1974.
