RFA TIDESPRING  1963-1991
Second and third Cod Wars and was present at the Queen's Silver Jubilee Review at Spithead on 28 June 1977. Held record for the longest duration on patrol during the Beira Patrol. In 1982, she assisted in the recapture of South Georgia. The ship took 198 POWs to Ascension, before returning south. Tidespring went on to serve a further nine years until 13 December 1991. Broken up at Alang, India, 1992.
